Call for Software Development Consultancy – Factory Model

 

Within the framework of the Regional Public Goods initiatives under RACSEL (RG-T4392: Cross-Border Health Services and RG-T4404: Trust Network for Migrants), we are launching a consultancy call for software development under a factory model.

 

Who should apply?

We are looking for companies with experience in implementing health sector solutions.

 

Required Skills:

Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js/React.js

Containerization & CI: Docker, Linux, CI

Interoperability Standards: HL7-FHIR, IHE profiles, terminology servers (Open Concept Lab, Snowstorm)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with clinical terminologies: SNOMED-CT, ICD-11, ICD-10

HL7 certifications are a plus
